Standards and Practices Officer

Responsibilities
- Censor programmes for all channels within the network.
- Prepare edit list and recommended cuts.
- Keep abreast of standards and practices policies for various countries.

Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Japanese language (at least JLPT 2 or its equivalent).
- Able to work independently.

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
- Payment processing.
- Scanning, coding, matching and posting of vendor invoices.
- Vendor statement reconciliation.
- Balance Sheet analysis.
- Prepare monthly accruals & schedules in compliance with Home Office/Audit/ Tax requirements.
- Other adhoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
- Diploma qualification with at least 3 years experience/ Fresh graduate (eg. ACCA).
- Familiarisation with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Independent, meticulous and a good team player.

Presentation Officer

Responsibilities
-Prepare daily transmission schedules.
-Ensure on-air promotional materials are scheduled in line with the programming strategies.
-Maintain information in the broadcast system.

Requirements
-Analytical and attentive to details.
-Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Team Player.

Producer

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce on-air promotional trailers, including scripting, editing, audio and visual overlay.

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in the area of channel image promos and production.
- Able to operate non-linear equipment like Final Cut Pro and Photoshop.
- Able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Editor

Responsibilities
- Edit and master programs to ensure that the end product is fit for broadcast, including program censorship and re-formatting.
- Work closely with producers on promo versioning.
- Assemble programs for transmission.

Requirements
- Proficient with Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of linear edit systems an advantage.
- Meticulous with details.
- Good communication skills.
